I am Sophie, business owner at Sophysio. I am a clinical specialist and chartered physiotherapist with over 17 years of experience, both in the NHS and private sector. During my career, I have specialised in treating musculoskeletal disorders including sports injuries and chronic conditions.

Furthermore, my experience includes many years specialising in women’s health covering pregnancy related conditions, post breast cancer surgery and gynaecological conditions. With over 13 years of experience using acupuncture, manual therapy, sports massage and pilates, I am in the process of expanding my Pilates qualifications, which also consists of reformer, Cadillac and other Pilates equipment which I am passionate about using for the rehabilitation of patients. I have recently achieved a masters qualification in using corticosteroid injections for pain relief in various joints and continue to practise this in my NHS role.
